Refund and Returns Policy

At Nyloomy, we maintain a strict quality control protocol. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is governed by the following technical and operational constraints.

1. The 7-Day Return Window

You have exactly 7 calendar days from the timestamp of delivery (as recorded by our logistics partner) to initiate a return request. Requests received after the 168th hour of delivery will be automatically invalidated by our system.

2. Eligibility & “Unused” Definition

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in Original Condition. “Original Condition” is defined by:

Zero Signs of Use: No odors (perfume, sweat, detergent), stains, or physical wear.
Intact Packaging: All original tags, labels, branded boxes, and protective films must be unopened and undamaged.
Security Seals: Any broken security seals or “Do Not Remove” tags will result in an immediate rejection of the return.

3. Strictly Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and logistical reasons, the following categories are excluded from returns:

Personal Care & Hygiene: Innerwear, socks, swimwear, and cosmetics.
Customized Goods: Any item modified or personalized at the customer’s request.
Flash Sale/Clearance: Items purchased under “Final Sale” or “Clearance” banners.
Damaged Packaging: Items where the external branded packaging has been used as the shipping box.

4. The Return Workflow (Step-by-Step)

Submission: Email officialnyloomy@gmail.com with the subject: RETURN_REQ_[ORDER_ID].
Documentation: You must attach a clear photo of the product and a 360-degree unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery.
RMA Approval: Once your request is audited, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Do not ship the product without an RMA.
Logistics: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping service. Nyloomy is not liable for items lost in return transit.

5. Mandatory Quality Check (QC) & Refunds

Upon receipt at our warehouse, every item undergoes a manual QC audit.

QC Pass: A refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
QC Fail: If the item is found to be used, washed, or damaged, the return will be rejected. The item will be sent back to you at your expense, or disposed of if no shipping payment is provided within 48 hours.

6. Shipping Charges

Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. In cases of “Free Shipping” orders, a restocking fee may be deducted from the final refund amount.

Vulnerability: Your email-based return system is a manual bottleneck.
Risk: If you do not charge the customer for return shipping, your “7-day return” window will attract “serial returners” who buy products for one-time use (e.g., social media content) and return them for free.
Correction: Ensure your website’s Checkout Page has a mandatory checkbox: “I agree to the Returns Policy” before payment is processed. This prevents “I didn’t know” claims during bank chargebacks.
